Their story begins in a small kitchen in Englewood, New Jersey. That’s where Chef Efrain’ s recipe originated, the response to the flavor profile was so immense that they decided to bottle it. As people started to use the seasoning on chicken, beef, pork and seafood, the response was better than anticipated. The seasoning can be used on any dish, from a nice beef tender loin, to spicy popcorn or tortillas.
